TALAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- What's to Eat is going coastal!

Geno and Judy Mauro from Beni's Take it N' Go joined us on WTXL Sunrise to show us how to make their ceviche for two.

They say it's a simple dish you can make at home with just a little bit of prep work.

Click the thumbnail to watch how it's made and get more of the Mauro's advice.

Here's the recipe:

- 3 pieces of Tilapia filets

- 1/2 of small red onion sliced into thin pieces

- 1/8 cup of small diced celery, ‎2 teaspoons garlic paste, juice from 2 whole limes

- 3 or 4 stems of finely chopped leaves of fresh cilantro and hot pepper to taste

Wash and cut‎ Tilapia into small cube-like pieces; about 1 inch long.
Put Tilapia into a container, addand mix salt and pepper, add garlic paste, then mix in onion and diced celery.
Mix in the lime juice, then add the hot pepper and cilantro, mix well.
Serve with lettuce, 2 pieces of sweet potato and corn.
You can catch What's to Eat every Friday morning at 6:30 on WTXL Sunrise.
