TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - With so much access to rich and often un-healthy food during the holiday season, it can be easy to lose sight of your weight-loss goals during the holidays.
This morning on Sunrise, we were joined by Shannon Moore of F.U.E.L. Nutrition Consulting to give us a few tips for the holidays.
The first is, do not attempt to loose weight during the holidays, instead make a goal to try and maintain your weight.
Another is to not only try and keep your portion sizes small but also aim to increase your exercise an extra 30 to 60 minutes every day.
