TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Taking care of your heart is key to living a long, healthy life. But with so much information on how to do that, deciding whether to drink a glass of red wine or run a few minutes each day can be difficult.
An upcoming event at Capital Regional Medical Center is focused on how heart disease affects women and what they can do to prevent and treat the disease.
The HerHeart Symposium is being held on Saturday, February 7 at the Capital Regional Medical Center Conference Center at 2626 Care Dr. In Tallahassee. There will be a panel of cardiologists at the event to answer questions about heart disease and to help spread awareness.
