TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - You won't be seeing these wacky, waving, air dancers at car dealerships in coastal Oregon, because their being used to scare away sea lions off their ports docks. Although they attract tourists, they compete with local fisherman and bark loudly into the night. Local officials say there's usually 2 thousand sea lions on the docks in the summer, but they're hoping those numbers go down.

These pigeons have an unusual job; they track air pollution in London. The birds wear a tiny vest with a backpack woven into it; the backpack contains sensors to measure different gasses. The pigeons go in groups of ten, and even though this experiment is running for three days it may be a new way to air pollution without polluting more.

Here's your daily dose of cuteness, five baby cheetah cubs being nursed into health. These cubs are receiving around the clock care at a Cincinnati zoo because they were born prematurely. They will be receiving care for the next 8 to 12 weeks, but zoo visitors are allowed to see them through the nursery windows.
