Hwind records real real-time tropical cyclone observations measured by land, sea, space, and air-borne platforms into an object relational database, adjusts them to a common framework
It then displays the data relative to the storm with interactive tools.
The data can be used by insurance companies, emergency management authorities, research scientists and weather forecasters.
