TALLAHASSEE, FL- In this edition of Tech Smart, Expert Todd Woodward from "Creative People Consulting" joined WTXL Sunrise Anchor Christine Souders to go through the basics everyone needs to know how to use.
Woodward said Technology everyone should know how to use include the following:
File Management
Security Awareness
Word Processing and spreadsheet basics
Managing social media
"File management is key. Because it keeps you organized and with our help (Creative People Consulting) you can figure out the mapping, to make it as simple as one click of the mouse," said Woodward.
Woodward also said when managing social media, it's important to know you don't need to use all social media platforms that are out there.
"Think of managing your social media like gardening, you have to tend to it regularly if you are going to have a presence on social media," Woodward added.
