MIDWAY, FL- You may have noticed a change on the Sunrise Set. 
 
Our backdrop is not pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
 
The whole month of October we will show our support this way and want to know how you will too.
 
Here's a few ways you can:
 
Making Strides of Leon is Sunday, October 23rd.
 
It's taking place at Cascades Park startign at 1 p.m.
 
The walk kicks off at 3 p.m.
 
 
Also you will see many places around town showing their support.
 
It's called "Paint the Town Pink" intiative.
 
Law enforcement will sport some pink on their squad cars.
 
Leon County EMS Paramedics will wear pink medical gloves for all service calls.
 
The libraries will feature select books related to breast cancer awareness.
 
The Leon County Website will even feature a unique pink county seal.
 
Leon County has partnered with the Tallahassee Democrat to "Drink Pink for a Good Cause."
 
Wednesday, Oct, 5th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Leon County is hosting a pink lemonade stand at the downtown Leon County Main library on 200 W. pARK aVE.
 
All proceeds will be donated to the Joanna Francis Living Well Organization.
