(WTXL) — Rebecca Woofter joined ABC 27 Monday morning to tell us about Mission San Luis's Winter Solstice Celebration.
The celebration includes two days of Southeastern Native American dancing, craft vendors, cultural demonstrations, music, and storytelling.
Visitors can also enjoy the site's living history and take part in activities such as archery, crafts for kids, and more! On Saturday there will be drum circles and solar viewing with scopes.
Craft Vendors: Vendors will be selling hand-made jewelry, baskets, gourd art, traditional instruments, shell carvings, bead art, clothing, native plant and herbal products, wood carvings, and much more.
