(WTXL) — On Thursday, with Greg Grabowski and Ben Milton from Lucky's Market joined WTXL to provide us with some Fourth of July grilling tips!
Here are some tips below:
o Elevate your burger or dog this year (by adding special cheeses, using brioche buns, aioli and fancy mayo/mustard options)
o Be a pro with grill time, marinades, and perfect grill marks for various types of meat
o Combine two different types of meat like half ground beef & half ground lamb to make your own, unique, delicious and juicy burger
o Boil Lucky's made-in-house Italian sausage in red wine or beer before grilling for maximum juiciness
o Take some of the work off the chefs plate by buying made-in-house brats (in many flavor profiles) and made-in-house gourmet burgers that are ready to throw right on a hot grill with minimal prep
o Best grill various fruits and veggies (pineapple, avocado, peaches, eggplant and more)
