TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Mayor Pro Tem Dianne Williams Cox joined ABC 27 Monday morning to tell us about the upcoming Winter Festival.

The 33rd annual Winter Festival – a Celebration of Lights, Music and the Arts will fill downtown Tallahassee with merriment on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 3-10 p.m.

Year after year, this event draws more than 100,000 people to the heart of the city.
