MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Capital Chordsmen, a barbershop quartet, are singing personal valentines to sweethearts on and around Valentine's Day.
Members of the group spoke with WTXL ABC 27's Karah Bailey.
The Chordsmen will sing in Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Franklin counties. They are Robbie Brunger, Rodney Atherton, Michael Linzy and Steve Pennington.
The cost for a personal valentines is $50 and for commercial singing to customers is $100.
The quartet says that wives, sweethearts and husbands are often surprised at work, restaurants, shopping centers, homes and parties when the singers show up to sing personal valentines.
The Capital Chordsmen are the Tallahassee Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
