TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A BIG event is heading back to Tallahassee just in time for students to head back to college!
The 6th annual Welcome Back Students Festival is set for Sunday, August 27th from 2-6 p.m., the day before students at FSU and FAMU begin their fall term.
Organizers say the event is to show appreciation to students and their families who have chosen to get their education here in our community, help collect and distribute needed supplies for school and showcase our local businesses.
Over 19 vendors will be onsite at Railroad Square Art Park, 567 Industrial Drive in Tallahassee. Admission is free. School supply donations are welcomed.
