TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Southside Farmers Market is hosting a special event on Thursday, August 9, in honor of National Farmers Market Week.
Joining WTXL ABC's Sunrise anchor Christine Souders this Wednesday morning for Second Cup was Mayor Pro Tem Curtis Richardson and Southside Farmers Market Manager Shirley Bouie.
The Southside Farmers Market's event runs from 3 to 7 p.m. at 2301 Pasco Street near the Walker Ford Community Center.
Everything from seasonal fruits and vegetables to seafood and more will be for sale by local farmers.
This community celebration will also showcase local artisans, organizations and retailers selling soaps, handmade goods and more.
