TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Athena Landy from Seriously Strong Training joined Second Cup on Tuesday.

She dropped weight and kept it off, and she can help you keep your New Year's fitness resolutions.

Landy spoke with WTXL ABC 27 Sunrise Anchor Malcolm Hornsby.

Landy, the director of operations at Seriously Strong Training, started her fitness journey there as a client.

Through good nutrition and strength training, she lost 200 pounds.

Now she works with clients to work toward similar goals of fat loss and building lean muscle.
