It's National Weatherperson's Day and Kellie has a surprise in store for Max, some rainbow cupcakes and a video full of the best Max moments.
The day commemorates the birthday of John Jeffries, a person who began recording his local weather in the 1700s and contributed to methods still used by meteorologist today.
