TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Quilting is the focus of an exhibit at the Museum of Florida History, and these aren't any regular old quilts. These quilts are works of art.
This is the 33rd year of the Capital City Quilt Show and the quilts are getting even more intricate and amazing as the years go by.
The show is organized by the Quilters Guild and the opening of the show, Thursday September 11, admission to the Museum is free.
The theme this year is "Starry Starry Night" and visitors can vote for their favorite quilt, take part in a silent auction, and talk to the quilters in the exhibit.
