Essentials:
Sharpies (different colors)
white shoes
sponge/droppers
First color different portions of the shoe.
Then after you finish coloring, dip a sponge into rubbing alcohol and let the rubbing alcohol drip onto the shoe.
You'll see the colors bleed and blend.
Let the shoes dry.
