Designer and stylist Marvin Boatman joined us on WTXL Sunrise, talking this year's top holiday fashion styles - and how to pull it all together for that perfect look for every holiday happening this season.
Boatman's style guide for women includes festive dresses with plenty of sparkles and reds! Boatman showed off some styles from the Gwen Everett Fashion House, including a red ballgown and sequined black dress.
With the red dress, Boatman accessorized with a shiny statement necklace and earrings. When a dress is covered in sparkles though, Boatman says everything else should be kept simple so it doesn't compete.
On the men's side, classic looks never go out of style, and good fit is key!
Boatman says navy is the new black, and a deep shade of the color is a great neutral. He also paired postal navy with black for a fresh combination. If a full suit isn't your style, you can try a scarf and a patterned jacket.
One of Boatman's go-to pieces for men is a lapel flower that he makes himself.
