THOMASVILLE, GA - Pinterest Party for July 6th is all about creating art with glass.
Pottery Frenzy in the studio to demonstrate a Glass Fusion Project.
We made glass birds.
Tools can be found at local Arts & Craft stores.
Here's the steps:
Put on the goggles
Have colored glass options
Take a glass cutter and press to the point you hear it scratching the surface, etch a line.
Take a pair of plyers and add little pressure on the line. the glass should break across the line only. Not shatter into pieces.
Then apply with hairspray (not aerosol) glass accents to create eyes and feathers.
Let in bake in the oven for 24 hours to allow the glass to melt together to create smooth shapes.
