TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Meet our Pet of the Week, Venus.
This three-year old Border Collie came in to the shelter in September.
Volunteers say she loves to play and is energetic. Venus is also god with other dogs.
She's also house-broken and is good health. Venus is heartworm negative. She's also already been spayed.

This Saturday, the Tallahassee Animal Service Center is hosting its monthly yard sale, selling surplus donated pet items at a discount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase other needed items for shelter animals. Available items include: carriers, crates, cages, aquariums, pet toys, bowls and pet clothes.
