TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Helping local animals find forever homes is the focus of an upcoming event in the Tallahassee area.
The Celebrity Showcase for K-9s and Kool Kats takes place on Saturday, January 24, from 6:30 to 9:30pm at the Moon. The showcase will feature local celebrities singing karaoke accompanied by the Brown Goose Band.
The Brown Goose Band joined us in-studio to talk about how the money raised during the event will go to help the Tallahassee-Leon County Animal Services Center and several other local animal rescues.
