ORLANDO, FL - The parents of the toddler killed in an alligator attack last month say they won't sue Disney.
Matt and Melissa Graves released a statement Thursday morning.
In the statement, they're focused on the future health of their family and will not pursue a lawsuit against Disney.
The Graves' say they are establishing a foundation in memory of their two year old son, Lane.
He drowned after being dragged underwater by an alligator outside Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
