TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Oktoberfest is right around the corner and Elder Care Services is getting ready for their big event at Mission San Luis.
This is the 16th year the organization has put on the event which features a traditional German buffet, live entertainment, a silent auction and more. All of the funds raised by the event go to help with programs for seniors.
We were joined on Sunrise to learn how to make some of the traditional German food that can be found at the event including Rosemary Chicken and Pork Schnitzel. You can watch the video on the left for extra tips.
