TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder first made a name for himself while playing for Florida State, and now he's sending him Seminole spirit onto the next generation.
According to ESPN, Ponder and his wife Sam named their newborn daughter Bowden Sainte-Claire. As a tweet announcing the news reads, "Yes, she's named after Bobby."
Ponder played under Bowden for three seasons.
