TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Get ready to stomp! It's time once again for the FAMU Grape Harvest Festival.
This marks the 14th year for the annual event.
Dr. Violeta Tsolova, "Dr. V," and co-chair Jane Marks stopped by WTXL Sunrise for all the scoop, and a bit of a history connection when it comes to Florida's past with grapes.
The FAMU Grape Harvest Festival includes a wine tasting session and old-fashioned grape stomping contest.
The FAMU Grape Harvest Festival is Saturday, August 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Center for Viticulture at Mahan Drive.
Tickets are $5, but kids under 13 get in for free.
