TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The "Fresh From Florida" Charity Classic isn't just a night filled with food and fun, it's a way for community members to help give back to several charities in our area.
The event will feature Chef Justin Timineri, former winner of America's Best Seafood Dish on the Food Network. Chef Timineri currently travels the world as a "culinary ambassador" and will be spending the evening doing a cooking demonstration as well as a preparing a 4 course dinner for guests.
The event takes place on October 9, from 6pm to 9pm. There will be several charities benefiting from the evening including the Kidz1stFund, the Employee Partner Care Foundation, and the ALS Therapy Development Institute. The event is hosted by the University Center Club.
