The Edison Restaurant's Wine and Beverage Director Richard Auwaeter showed the Sunrise Team which cheese go best with which wine.
Auwaeter demonstrated how to have fun pairing two culinary pleasures; wine and cheese!
On Monday, the communityis invited to come out for a more in-depth experience at the September Wine Tasting and Food Pairing: Taste of Paso Robles.
Richard Auwaeter showcased the cheeseboard and discuss how they can easily be paired with your favorite wine, while sharing details about upcoming events so members of the community can join in on the fun!
The Edison Cheese Board Selection included Brie, Porter Cheddar, Drunken Goat, Lavash Crackers, Edison Tomato Jam, Medjool Dates and Candied Walnuts.
The wine selection included reds and whites, Anarchy Red Blend and
Sonoma Cutree Chardonnay.
