TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - If you've ever wanted to thank a law enforcement officer and didn't know how, a local group is looking for donations for the upcoming "Thank a Police Officer Day."
The Wives Behind the Badge are preparing goody bags for the national event that takes place on September 20th.
They are currently looking for local businesses and individuals who are willing to make donations that can be given out to the officers.
The bags will be given out to officers in Leon, Wakulla, and Gadsden Counties.
