LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (WTXL) -- Photos may be popular souvenirs among theme park visitors, but the Walt Disney Company is beginning to test to see how popular videos could be among guests.
Kelly Glassburn with Walt Disney World Marketing posted on the company's blog that they are testing the idea of expanding their "PhotoPass" service program with new technology to offer video mementos for guests.
The program, when launched, would first be offered to those with MagicBands and Memory Maker accounts and only on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
A video posted online shows an example of how the final video could look, with each guest having their own personal touches added.
There is no word on exactly when the new program will be implemented.
