BAINBRIDGE, GA (WTXL) - An organization in Bainbridge is working to open a new veterans center and an upcoming music festival is hoping to foot the bill.
The Bainbridge "229 Music Fest" is an event hosted by The Honor Sentinels, Inc, a community service organization hoping to improve lives around its community.
This is the groups first project in the area. Organizers are hoping to raise enough money to provide veterans with a place they can congregate and relax as well as provide these veterans tools they can use for job searching, communication and education.
Money raised by the festival will also go to help the Wounded Warrior Project.
