In Georgia, the senate race is heating up between Michelle Nunn and David Perdue, who have been throwing blows at one another for months now.

And now, Georgia Republican candidate Perdue is defending his career amid an outsourcing report.

Perdue argues attacks on his business record come from a misunderstanding of what outsourcing means.  He says outsourcing is about companies acquiring products and services, and blames federal policies for jobs sent overseas.

His democratic challenger Michelle Nunn’s campaign has blasted Perdue, disputing that he cared more about the bottom line than employees.

This race has gained national attention, as Republicans seek control of the Senate.

Nunn is considered one of the best democratic hopes nationally to pick up the seat.
