Even though the North Atlantic hurricane season has officially ended, the National Hurricane Center has outlooked an area of disturbed weather in the far northern Atlantic basin for a 20% chance of development into a subtropical storm in the next five days. Regardless of development, the system is not expected to impact the United States.
