LOWNDES COUNTY, GA. (WTXL) – Deputies arrested a felon carrying $2,000 worth of crystal meth in Lowndes
William Daniel Snelgrove was driving on Lake Boulevard in Lake Park when officers found 20 grams of crystal meth and other drugs in the vehicle. Deputies said that Snelgrove was also carrying two guns.
Snelgrove was already in trouble for the drugs and guns when the deputies said he tried to give them a false name.
Snelgrove was arrested and charged for drug sales and for being a convicted felon with a gun. Deputies then added more charges to the list because he lied about his name.
He appeared in Lowndes County Magistrate Court Tuesday afternoon for an arraignment hearing.
