TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Veterans looking for a job, let your search guide you to Valdosta this Thursday for the T.E.A.M 26 Veteran Job/Resource Fair.
Total Employment for American Military 26 is a service delivery strategy designed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation to veterans with disabilities leading to gainful employment.
TEAM is hosting several resource fairs throughout Georgia, aimed at getting Veterans back on their feet.
Business Relations Specialist Michael Edwards joined WTXL Midday's Jade Bulecza to talk about the event. He says one of the major goals is to make sure that Veterans with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else applying for jobs.
The fair is free ad open to all Vets this Thursday, November 6th at 9 a.m. It will take place at Wiregrass Technical College Brooks Hall in the Conference Center.
