- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Use a standard boxed cake mix (the flavor of your choice). Bake cake fully before beginning your mixture. To begin, mix milk, condensed milk, sugar, and heavy cream in a sauce pot on medium heat until sugar is melted. Allow your sauce to reduce for 5 minutes before removing from heat and cooling. Let sauce cool until 40 degrees, about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Next, Pour sauce over your already baked cake and place back in the refrigerator until the cake absorbs the sauce for about an hour before serving chilled.
