Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 2 scoops Southern Craft Creamery Ice Cream
- 6 oz. strawberries
- 3 oz. blueberries
- 3 oz. blackberries
- 2 tbsp. candied pecans
- 4 oz. chocolate sauce
Directions
Split in banana in two. Sprinkle sugar on top of flat side of each half and use a torch to brulee the sugar until golden brown and repeat until glass-like. Chop all berries and mix together in a bowl. Add 2-3 scoops of ice cream in between the two bananas and place topped fruit over ice cream. Top with candied pecans and chocolate syrup and serve.
