Farm to Table to You: Gulf Shrimp Asian Stir-Fry

-        1 red bell pepper

-        1 green bell pepper

-        1 onion

-        4 oz. broccoli florets

-        6-8 jumbo gulf shrimp

-        4 oz. soy sauce

-        1 tbsp. olive oil

-        Salt and pepper to taste


Pour olive oil in hot pan until smoking. Add vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes before adding soy sauce, stirring until all vegetables are coated. Plate vegetables and return pan to hot stove. Add a dash of olive oil, return to smoking point, and add seasoned shrimp. Sautee for 2-3 minutes and add to vegetables and serve.
