TALLAHASSEE, FL (#WTXLDigital) - You wake up in the morning and the first thing most folks do these days is grab for their phones to check the internet. Once we’ve seen everything is, wished anyone on our Facebook feed a Happy Birthday and made sure nothing’s gone wrong in the Kardashian world, it’s time for Java! Yep that life’s blood to help you get going. I need it, you need it, we all need it!
Here’s my theory on coffee: Get it anyway you can! Now for me, when it’s a work day, I tend to drink it from the company pot. Hey it’s free, the coffee isn’t bad and when you throw in some cool creamer… which I bring in and share with the entire staff… it makes down 1-2-5-10 cups a day better!
Now when I’m not at work and I want to treat myself to something-something… I’ll go for a “Grande-Extra Hot Mocha Stirred” from Starbucks. Yep, when it comes to relaxing… the big bad chain is my coffee of choice. And honestly when you break it all down, my typical order at “The Man’s-Coffee House” is more of a “Drink” than true standalone coffee.
When I can find a local option, that funky place where I can take my laptop, throw on my head phones, listen to Pandora and circle through some of my favorite channels: "Sting," "Prince," "Adele," "Gold Diggers," and "S.O.S. Band," then I’ll do it! Love giving back to the little guy battling the Chain Gangs!
