VALDOSTA, GA. (WTXL)-- Two children have been arrested in Valdosta in connection to a burglary on Sunday afternoon around one.
According to Police, they were contacted by a resident when he saw the two running from a home in the 300 block of Burrows Lane.
When police arrived on scene they found one of the doors was badly damaged and items were stolen from inside.
Authorities tracked down the two suspects and one of their mother's helped to locate the stolen materials.
The case has now been turned over to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
