UPDATE: Deputies say that the suspect is in custody and that the teenager has been found safe.
DECATUR COUNTY, GA (WTXL) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old girl who was abducted Tuesday.
The teen was last seen Sunday wearing blue jeans, boots, tank top and hair in pony tail. The suspect is 43-year-old Duane Jaso. He was last seen wearing a camo shirt, ball cap maroon in color with "ATM on cap, blue jeans.
The victim was taken while she was visiting Kyle, Texas Tuesday. However, officials also wanted to issue the Amber Alert in Georgia because the victim is from Decatur County. The victim left willingly with her step-father Duane Dion Jasso. However, deputies say that he is refusing to return the girl and they believe that she may be in danger.
Jasso is believed to be driving a 2007 Gray Chevrolet K2500 pickup truck with Texas plates GF63VF. He is believed to be in the area of Georgetown, Texas.
