MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - Marietta police say a man who fired 10 to 12 rounds near an occupied school bus earlier this month has been identified.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (http://on-ajc.com/2fHo5ay ) 21-year-old Malcolm Girard Ivey, of Marietta, is wanted on charges of reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Police say his whereabouts are unknown.
On Nov. 9, two elementary school students were about to get off the bus when the driver saw a man firing shots toward a house in front of where the bus was stopped.
The driver pulled the students back, closed the doors and called 911. The suspect left in a blue-and-white SUV.
