3 Arrested with 23-Thousand Dollars Worth of Drugs in Jackson County Traffic Stop

JACKSON COUNTY-- Three people are arrested in Jackson County after a traffic stop when deputies found nearly 23 thousand dollars in drugs in their car.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the car was stopped for going 88 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone.

Officers say they deployed their K-9 officer "Roxy", who sniffed out the drugs.

According to authorities, about 10 grams of crystal meth were discovered inside as well as digital scales, plastic baggies, and cut straws were discovered. 

James Spell, of Gainesville, along with Jamie Butler and Robert McClure of Niceville were all arrested for drug trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
