TALLAHASSEE, FL - Organizers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of North Florida's are gearing up for next weekend's "One Walk."
Scott and Adison Hunter joined Anchor Christine Souders on Midday to talk about the Marck 25th JDRF One Walk.
The walk is kicking off at 9 a.m. from Genesis Church located on 4070 Mission Road and continues to the new Fred George Greenway, then back to Genesis.
The event also includes jump houses, face painting, a petting zoo, balloon art and a free lunch by Moes.
Here's a startling statistic. 1.25 million kids and adults have Type 1 Diabetes.
