TALLAHASSEE, FL -- In an effort to continue their mission of promoting environmental stewardship and economic vitality, 'Sustainable Tallahassee' is hosting their 2016 Trash Dash and 1-mile run.
The race raises money for 'Sustainable Tallahassee' is holding a shoe donation drive in conjunction with One World Running.
Body Trac Fitness will be hosting donation bins for dropping off shoes. There will also be donation bins on site at the race. Sustainable Tallahassee invites more business owners to contact them about hosting a donation bin at their business.
It all kicks off Saturday, October 29 at 8:30 a.m. at the Apalachee Regional Park Cross-Country Running Course.
