TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Are you ready for the challenge?
Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare started 2015 with the year-long TMH For Life Challenge. The initiative is all about increasing the health of the community, one step at a time.
Organizers say some simple changes can have a big impact. They're focusing on these points: be active, eat healthier, know your numbers and find your happy.
It's also time for the third TMH For Life Challenge 5K and health fair of the year.
It is set for Saturday, August 1 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 pm. It's at Deer Lake Middle School, 9902 Deer Lake West in Tallahassee.
Registration for the 5K is $10 for anyone over 18 years of age.
