TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Ruth Mentoring Project is ready for its second session, and here's your chance to learn more about the initiative.
Organizers are hosting a kick off boot camp to share more about their mission.
The Ruth Mentoring Project is a six-month mentoring program.
The idea is helping women find their purpose and begin to make positive changes in every area of their lives to fulfill it.
Organizers say during the six months, the mentees "learn how to be effective in all areas of their life, including family, spiritually, work, physically, mentally and financially."
The boot camp is a public information and Q-and-A session. It's also an opportunity to meet with Ruth Project founder Dr. Nicky Collins and special guest Tera Carissa Hodges, an international speaker and life coach.
Those involved say it's a great opportunity to surround yourself with people you empower your goal to make yourself a stronger, more confident person.
The Ruth Mentoring Project kick-off boot camp is Saturday, January 9 at 7 p.m. at Higher Dimension Church Tallahassee (1244 Blountstown Highway).
Tickets are $25.
