TALLAHASSEE, FL -- The Florida Historic Capitol Museum is taking you back to the 1970's. It was then when the state as divided about what to do with the old capitol building. That building is now a museum, but what led to the decision to make it one and simply not tear it down?

That question and more will be answered at the 'Save the Historic Capitol Reflections' on Thursday, October 6 from 5:30-8:00 p.m.

The event is free, but seating is limited and will take place at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum.
