TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Tallahassee residents took time on Saturday to honor a fallen soldier, while raising money for a scholarship foundation in his name.
Brandon Michael King was killed in 2010 during an attack by enemy forces while he was serving in Afghanistan.
The fundraiser supports scholarships at Tallahassee Community College. Since the foundation's launch 5 years ago, the King family has been able to raise more than $20,000.
