TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- One of the biggest community parties of the year is upon us!
Tallahassee's annual New Year's Eve celebration is back and bigger than ever.
This year, all of the festivities are taking over the Adams Street Commons.
There's the traditional favorites, like live music and the midnight fireworks spectacular, which will be streamed live online at wtxl.tv. But there are some new additions to make it a family-friendly event.
Fun4TallyKids is hosting a Family Zone.
The fun includes entertainment by Giggles Indoor Play Center featuring BJ's Party House's Fire Entertainers, face painting, balloon artists, magic shows, professional yo-yo demonstrations, a DJ and dancing!
There's also two clogging performances by the Mountain Dews, a Frozen-themed bounce house, plus other games and giveaways.
The Family Zone will be on College Ave., right around the corner from the main event. It's Thursday, December 31, from 7 p.m. until midnight.
The entire Downtown Tallahassee New Year's Eve party is free and all are invited, plus 100% of alcohol sales will go to the local group Southern Shakespeare.
