GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - On Tuesday, March 18, 2014, a Gadsden County grand jury returned an indictment for first degree murder and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm with a firearm on 26-year old Willie Westberry of Tallahassee, Florida.
Early in the morning of April 27, 2013, a shooting took place at CJ's Lounge in Chattahoochee, Florida. The State Attorney's Office says Sterling Johnson was shot multiple times, and according to some witnesses, some of the shots were fired after Johnson lay on the ground after being shot. The Medical Examiner ruled Johnson's death a homicide.
Investigators say another victim, Tyrone Jackson, was shot in the leg, and survived.
